Right to Cancel

As a customer (defined as any natural person acting for purposes unrelated to their trade, business, or profession), you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day:

• you, or a third party acting on your behalf (excluding the delivery provider), receive the goods in a standard, one-time order; or

• you, or a third party acting on your behalf, receive the first delivery of goods in the case of a subscription or recurring order.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us via a clear written statement (by mail or email) sent to:

You may use the cancellation form template provided below, but it is not mandatory. The cancellation notice is valid as long as it is sent before the 14-day period expires.

After we receive your cancellation request, we will confirm receipt via email.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel the contract, we will reimburse the full value of the goods returned (excluding the return shipping costs). Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or until you provide proof of return—whichever comes first.

Returned goods must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s), unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if the loss in value is due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product's nature, features, and functioning.

Exclusions from the Right to Cancel

Your right to cancel expires early in the following cases:

• If the product is sealed and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed;

• If the goods are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;

• If sealed audio/video recordings or software have been unsealed after delivery.
