If the product itself is broken, leaking, or visibly defective, we will replace it free of charge. However, please note that this policy applies only to damaged products—not to minor cosmetic issues with the shipping box or outer packaging.
To request a replacement, simply email our support team with a clear photo or short video showing the damaged product and its condition upon delivery. Once we’ve reviewed the evidence, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.
